Preparing for Crowdfunding

This is just a pledge, no funding is done at this time. It allows us to estimate the level of commitment for the time when the crowdfunding starts.

The crowdfunding will be run according to the rules of the Security and Exchange Commission (SEC) by the registered with SEC portal.

Expected price for ReWheel device is $1,000. The device can be installed on 2 or 4 wheels, one per wheel.

With every level you will also receive a shirt displaying: “I Fight Climate Change”.

$200 to receive $400 in discounts; 10% discount per device.

$500 to receive $800 in discounts: 20% discount per device.

$1,000 to receive $1,400 in discounts: 35% discount per device.

$2,000 to receive $2,800 discount: 35% discount per device.

$5,000 to receive $7,000 discount: 35% discount per device.

$100 discount per wheel on up to 4 ReWheel devices (1 - 2 cars).

$200 discount per wheel on up to 4 ReWheel devices (1 - 2 cars).

$350 discount per wheel on up to 4 ReWheel devices (1 - 2 cars).

$350 discount per wheel on up to 8 ReWheel devices (2 - 4 cars).

$350 discount per wheel on up to 20 ReWheel devices (5  - 10 cars).
